Problems launching Conan Exiles

Hello,

I haven’t been able to load Conan Exiles all day today. As soon as I launch the game, I get an error message straight away.

Is this a known issue? Or is there another update out?

Worked ok for me (in singleplayer PC). What platform are you on?

My internet connection dropped out whilst I was playing. After that, I couldn’t get back into the game all day, even after restarting the computer. These disconnections were happening even whilst the game was loading.

I only play in single-player mode via Steam.

I uninstalled Conan Exiles from Steam, restarted my computer and reinstalled the game. When I launch the game, it still crashes whilst loading. I urgently need help from the official support team.

I can launch the game, but I also get these error messages on my desktop. When I click ‘OK’ there, the whole game stops.

I found a helpful post from customer support here on the forum from 2024 online, which said you can have Steam check the integrity of the files. I did that and hoped everything would work again. But these error messages keep popping up every time.

What can I do to get the game running normally again without these error messages

  • Right-click the game in Steam, go to Manage → Browse local files
  • In the folder that opens, navigate to ConanSandbox\Saved
  • Delete the Logs folder

After that, try launching the game again.
