Problems on server 3651

on server 3651 we are having a problem with a bunch of stuff

  1. We cannot attack.
  2. We cannot harvest materials except for what we can pick up by hand.
    This problem happened yesterday and is now happening again today.
    The server wqs working fine until about 5:30. Please respond when possible.
