Problems with music and sound

Hi Conan Community !!
I need your help, We have been playing Conan for 3 months and these last days we have been experimenting same issues such as;

  1. The sound is delayed, when i.e. we recolected rocks.
  2. The music is delayed, when we are attacked or we discover a new area.

Please, do you know the reason for this and the solution for this?.
