I submitted a ticket about my account and I forgot to take down the number. How do I find out what the progress is. I can not find anything that has a list of my tickets on my account.
When you submitted, you should have had to give an email address - check that email address for emails from ‘support@funcom.com’ that should give you the ticket number.
