idk what other people are griping about. Game has worked great for me so far (only level 40) but ive done a few dungeons, built a house and explored a fair chunk of the map. Only bugs ive encountered is warpaint not working, and my body not being where i died.
But for this kid of games bugs are expected. Ill miss the running glitch though.
I fully agree, why are you in a damn rush to fix things like the stamina bug, when my thralls keep disappearing on me sometimes straight from my rope, the faster I get them back to my base the better.
Same with the notorious invisible corpse bug, again the quicker I can get to where it is and try to search the area the better.
This is a Game it’s supposed to be Fun, (it’s even part of your company name) that’s what brings people back and keeps them supporting you, making it harder doesn’t help.
Im not saying these things shouldn’t be fixed eventually but if you haven’t fixed the much bigger problems like losing all your work from a missing corpse don’t be so quick to skip those and work on helpful bugs because they are easier to fix.
Every update resets my thralls on the wheel of pain and I lose something in base like lesser wheels or fish traps. It’s been 6 DAYS since i’ve put Mei the Blade in a wheel and she’s still not broken.
YEAH , stamina bug was so important. More than a lot of players cannot log in cause official servers not showing up or shows up with 9999 ping, so smart, every fix is welcomed, but I see that you have the wrong perspective, first and more important is allow al, the people could enter their server at easy, and not reloaded so many times, and sometimes even that is not working, but better fix stamina bug, yeah.
I am entering the game due friendlist in ps4 , cause load screen going on eternally… and more people like me, but better fix stamina…
I see this a lot and I’ve not run into it on 5 passes. Each time I created standard light hoots and got the step. But I have seen a lot of bug variance on consoles so could just be the case I’m lucky on mine and not seeing it. But mentioning the hoots in case it’s like the improved crafting station step only working with the stove.
Any chance yall are looking into the pve purge mechanics? With out the purge on pve official the game get every boring to a point
I would say combat frame drop is one of the most requested bugs to fix. You know, where players die due to more than one humanoid being in combat with them (thus stuttering the game for them while the NPC’s go to town on them like a piñata). One of the only things that would save me from this garbage was the unlimited stamina so i could sprint away from enemies while my frames came back to normal.

It might not have fixed a large portion of the many issues plaguing this game… But it’s at least a step forward.
I’m happy with this if for no better reason than it means they’re learning and they felt they needed to at least give us something this week.

On another note, I’d think the horrendous lag and rendering issues would also be high on the list of requested ‘fixes’ any updates on that?

About 80% when I died I cannot find my dead body and the mark on the map is totally wrong!!!
If you cannot fix this bug then just turn off the drop belongings after death for all PVE official server!!!
Wrong bugs to fix, these are not major bugs but minor issues.
Yes, the PVP’ers (God bless their hearts) were crying/whining about the dreaded “stamglitch” but if they used their collective brain they would have realized there are ranged weapons available to use to kill fleeing enemies. They at least had options to deal with their “dreaded” issue.
However, the entire player base is having massive frame rate and stuttering issues, so much so it’s killing the game for everyone on my friends list. How can you expect to keep a game populated when you stutter in combat, freeze, and then end up dead? You stutter/freeze while running around the open world, with monsters/NPCs/players popping into existence or hitting you with attacks even though their character models are not moving/attacking. Heck even in your base camp the game stutters so bad at times you warp across sections of it!
Then you have the major issue where your dead body is not where it is supposed to be or it’s glitched under the ground or the body is glitched and you cannot loot the corpse. You’ve got issues where items are being lost in chests/containers, sound completely cutting out during combat or even just randomly when running around the overworld, items not working the way their description says they should, issues where your character will not grasp a ledge or rebounds off the top of a ledge causing him to fall to his death, and many more on top of these!
You’re putting out hotfixes, the first of which did absolutely nothing it said it did, and not fixing the base mechanics of the game. I have no idea why game optimization isn’t the number one priority right now because it’s 100% broken and it effects every single aspect of the game (I won’t even touch on the broken PS4 UI).
FIX THE STUTTERING/LAG/FREEZING/FRAME RATE/TEXTURE POPPING/RENDERING ISSUES!!!
guess you never gonna fix the issue that somehow breaks single player game THAT much that the game CRASHES EVERY TIME I WANT TO LOAD MY GAME. EVEN THE CLOUD SAVE FROM 24h BEFORE ISNT WORKING!!!

It’s like you’re a boomerang and every time you roll away you just rubberband back so they can kill you .
And what really sucks is you know the npc’s are not having frame rate issues.
I look at the connection and I’m at around 190 - 280 mbps with 56 ping so the fps issue is def on their end.
Hey everyone! We’re rolling out a new PS4 hotfix in about 20 minutes with some additional crash fixes and an update to the server browser list. There won’t be a new thread for this hotfix, but I’m updating the original post in this thread to reflect the changes.
Is this a Server patch? Or needs the game patching too? Because there is no patch

What was, “fixed”?
It’s not auto switching, when you auto lock, and then use the camera stick to swivel around to look about, your also switching targets at that point. To fix either unlock the target, swivel camera then relock, it simply keep target in center of screen.
