It’s been 30 minutes since I tried to locate my server (several attempts) and I could not find it. I’ve already updated the game today and it looks like this server is still offline. I’d like you to check what’s going on, please.

I can confirm Server #3980 is currently down for an update. It will be back as soon as the update’s complete, so please check again later.

Okay, thanks for the reply. Is it possible to give a forecast - no compromise - as to when the server will go online again? We need to wait more than two hours, for example?

It looks like 3980 actually completed its update between my answering your post and now, so if it’s not available immediately, please check again in about 15-30 minutes. You should be able to reach it soon.
