Summoning Place is empty of NPCs. Only the harlot ghost, her note, and the lore tablet function. The recipe journal, and all chests are not interactive either.
Spinebreaker’s Flank, and Raider’s Ridge are also empty of NPCs, with non interactive chests.
Have completely restarted our PS4s and the games multiple times. Has been this way since last update.
