The Public Test Server EU PvE is pretty much unplayable, it rubberbands quite a lot and nothing is where you see it, many animations don’t work at all, npc’s and followers slide around and sometimes doesn’t move at all, but still fights far away from each other.
The server is in desperate need of a restart
