Purge cancled, lost 200?

[Pay 200 ???, Purge came, sever crashed]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Paying 200 ???
2.Waiting for Purge
3.Purge came
4. Sever 6010 crashed
5. Purge lost and 200 ???
&. Give the 200 ??? at least back

Funcom does not reimburse lost items.

It’s Funcom’s policy:

Basically, they’re not offering the same level of support you would get from a subscription-based game, because it’s not a subscription-based game :man_shrugging:

EDIT: Just making sure it’s understood that I don’t work for Funcom. I’m just pointing out what they always say.
