Bug Description: the meter is full but the purge dont start.

A couple possibilities for why purge don’t start:
You didn’t enable purges. Check your server settings to see if purges are enabled.
You are located south of noob river. This is a no-purge zone.

Like @Tephra said fellow exile, can you give us the map location of your construction? There’s an area that purge won’t show.

Also, if you build high, like on a rocky outcrop or something, the purge gets confused and can end up restarting multiple times, before finally making an appearance (most likely in this instance, being either inside your actual base or on top of it 
)
