Purge FOB spawned inside base

Bug Description:

I build a base next to my main base for the purge and the fob spawned halfway in my main base.

I run 3-4 purges and 3 of them touched my structures. One entire blocked my entrance so i could not get in anymore, due to the fences being anticlimb and dismantling structures is disabled.

Bug Reproduction:

1. Make a Treasure base next to main base;
2. summon purge;
3. look where it spawned..
