Purge hasn't kicked off in over a week

Game mode: Private PVE Server
Problem: Purge hasn’t kicked off in over a week
Region: North America

Purge meter has been full a week now, and we have server settings set so that it should run Mon-Fri 8p - 10p and then on sat and sun pretty much all day. Purge has not gone off at all.

The purge has been messed up for nearly a month now, ever since the second purge patch.

I started a new game at release. I’m level 60 now and still haven’t completed the journey step “Survive a Purge”, because it won’t start - even when playing pretty much all day every day.
