Purge level 10 drops the official server OFF

PC Server official 1003 PVE

Added to the multiple bugs in this chapter 4 we must add that when activating a level 10 purge the server goes down, the server OFF has been checked four times in a row,

Not need to start Purge. Servers crash just like that, on their own.
