Purge spawns inside wheel of pain

Purge spawns enemies inside the middle of the greater wheel of pain. Only way to progress purge is to poison arrow them

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Have a greater wheel near sepermeru
    2.get purged

Fortunately this has been addressed and apparently fixed on the test live server. However we will have to wait on the patch that will apply the fix to live servers.
