I’ve been having a good time playing Conan Exiles in PvE mode on my own computer, now a friend of mine is setting up a server and a group of us will play together online. My question is - if I join will it erase all my progress on my PC version or can I switch back and forth between PvE (local) and PvP (online)?
You won’t lose anything, I connect to a local solo instance sometimes and a friend’s private server other times. They are completely separate.
When you join their PVP server, it will start a new character on that server; when you connect to your solo game it will be your old, existing character. Every server you play on you will roll a new character the first time you join…
