Ever since ps5 released the game is completely unplayable on ps4. Solo mode works but is slightly laggy. Other than that none of the PvP servers load. It takes 20 minutes to load and then freezes as soon an I am in. On every server I used to play on this happens. I have fiber optic internet with amazing speed so that cannot be the problem. Anybody else dealing with this?? If this doesn’t work how can I go about gettinga refund ??
You can get a refund from the store where you purchased it. Every store has it’s own refund policies.
