With the announcement of the Conan Exiles Enhanced update, was curious what the Tier 1 Sandstone buildset would like in UE5 rendering (since this is the most commonly used tile set for structures in the game)? Anyone have any pictures?
If so, nobody would be allowed to post them due the NDA, I guess.
But, well, from what can be seen in the trailer: Everything looks f’ing awesome, which most likely will include T1 bases. Or so I heard. From somebody.

Don’t think so, no. If it was lifted, people who took part in the test could take about any great stuff they found that isn’t in the announcement.

I actually asked Dana what the situation would be for people who might be under NDA after the announcment or update came out. She was able to get official clarification that the NDA remains in force, and anyone who might have agreed to it should not discuss anything they might or might not have learned.
That may suck or not suck, without confirming anything. But thanks for asking her.

I don’t think I realized it wasn’t in the trailer. I wasn’t really looking at building sets, tbh. I just went back and watched it again and you’re right! They’re not there. Lots of others but no sandstone.
I just remember how “orange-y” the sandstone looked in UE4. With the visual improvements coming with UE5, it stands to reason that they will be improved. It just made me wonder what they would look like.
