Do tjz discs help alleviate DL time? Does ROaGS only expansion or include base game too?
NO DO NOT DOWNLOAD FROM THE DVD’S. If you do you’ll probably end up doubling the download time since almost all of the original game has been changed and all those files from the DVD’s will have to be over written.
My copy of the RotGS dvd says ‘includes the original Age of Conan game’ so if you’re asking if you need to buy both set’s of DVD’s the answer would be no. If you can find a cheap copy of Godslayer on Amazon like I did for $5 you’d be good to go or if you already have the game downloaded buying the disks and just having the dvd’s add the Godslayer part isn’t a problem as it’s what I did.
