Question about PVE Official Server Name - PSN EU Server

Greetings-
I was browsing thru the list of Official PVE Servers on PlayStation the other day.

Most of the servers are named PVE Official Server, but there is one on the list named PSN EU Server.

Is there anything special or different about this Server?
Why is this Server named differently?
