Do we have any details about when the next hotfix will be deployed? And what fixes will be included?
The reason for my question is that a hotfix is generally defined as something that’s fixed and released in a relatively short cycle, whereas something like a patch or update is scheduled down the track.
I’m somewhat sure I saw something said around a few weeks from now, which doesn’t line up with a hotfix.
To be fair - on the usual update schedule, Funcom has traditionally released the ‘update’ then released a single ‘hotfix’ about two weeks later (more like a ‘lukewarm fix’…) I suspect that is where people may be getting the ‘few weeks from now’ figure from. So far we’ve already had two (or more) hotfixes for this update. I expect the next one will probably be along fairly soon - Inflexion seem pretty determined to get as much fixed as possible as soon as possible because they really want this launch to go well.
I’ll say they’re currently failing miserably.
Most likely not their fault but the results are all the same.
