Will there be issues with private servers if no wipe is done for it or are the things fixed/changed going to play nice with already established servers?
It’s all bugfixes. There shouldn’t be anything in the patch that would affect server files.
That is if your private server is running complete vanilla, without any mods.
If you run mods, disable them and wait for the devkit to arrive, usually within a few days so that the modders have completed their uppdate to enable them again after patch.
