Yes I do mean Zendesk. My walls are not fully built up. I log out inside my base but it has no roof. I’ll show ya what I mean by my base.

yes I assume so but I don’t want to be constantly targeted during that time by the same user…
Well there’s your answer.
If it is PVP time on a PVE-C server and they have access to your body and kill it, they wouldn’t be doing anything against the rules and it wouldn’t warrant a Zendesk report. It’s lame for sure but that’s about it.
If you can’t be online during PVP time, have a 2 foundation deep room with no windows, extra doors and cover it, then store all your stuff away and log off naked. If you still insist on logging off essentially in the open they might still kill you but they won’t get anything from it.
You won’t be able to prevent them from killing you unless you take precautions for yourself.

Yes, I would also suggest you reply to the email you received from Zendesk and advise them that it was a misunderstanding.
Calling Zendesk to a server should only be reserved for actual ToC violations.

Just added it to teh funcom request I sent. What do you mean by two foundation deep?

Basically, a wall that has a thickness of two foundations or more. I assume this is required so as to prevent people from seeing “through” the wall using an exploit and steal your stuff that way - there are (unintended) ways to interact with objects through single walls.

Build something that it will have at least 2 walls high in the perimeter and a sloped roof after it. A 6x5 will be just fine. Log out in the ground floor in the middle of your construction, no matter if your bed is elsewhere, your griefer may use gas attacks. If you have thralls or crafters, use gas masks on them. Until this griefer finds something else to play with, before you log out, replace your door with wall, just in case any of your crafter decides to go out for pi, lol.
If you wish to play this way however, start in a pve server and stay roofless forever

they can also use gaz arrows to kill you , those have an AoE that can kill you behind walls , so the more space between you and the walls the safer !
