Question on the Taiming pens

So are there and modders or moderators or devs or anybody that could tell me the size/hight pref in foundations of the taiming pens.
I know funcom mentiond they are coming in the Aug 16th pach on testlive.
im not on the testlive server im trying to keep to the Live Version but would like to make sure i have enough room for one in my little city.

This is the best advice. I am waiting for the Testlive patch so I can try them out.
