will we be able at some point soon to travel between the exiled lands and sipta?
The devs have already stated that we’ll be able to transfer a character from one to the other. Whether you’ll be able to go back & forth has not been addressed, however.

If you flag yourself on EL as ready to travel to IOS, then the next time someone summons The Surge, you get unexpectedly yanked from EL and drop in at a leyshrine and someone tries to thump you over the head and turn you into a base thrall.

yes it has, they say they want characters to be able to swap freely between each region. Now the details behind how it will work or what can be carried over in between has not been announced.
