Does it has to be a specific name blacksmith or any will do? Also does the blacksmith make both armor and weapon legendary repair kits? Also beside that anything else I need to make sure my blacksmith does those repair kits? tks guys

That is something I would like to know also
Unless they changed this, any T5 (i.e. Purge-only) blacksmith will be able to make legendary weapon repair kits. I don’t know if legendary armor patches are craftable, I never looked.
