after clicking home it let me reactivate without changing passwords. I was able to restore all 3 within seconds. THANK YOU. this has left with a bad taste in my mouth as they say. I’m in no rush to get back after 2 months fighting this shit. I mean, it’s fricking senseless to do this for a “free” game
was able to get another account reactivated, had one of my old mules in it 
, that was sweet, but not the mule I’m looking for
getting closer. lost PW really messed things up, I’m being sent to a blank page, so can’t reset it, and don.t have a temp pw to use.
It is brutal, it took me several months to get all mine activated last year.
There are two sites with the lost password option. Have you tried them both?

Just used the link above to reset my password. Once I reset my password through the secret worlds site my anarchy online Fr00b account started working again. Thank you.

The methods described above are not working anymore.
I was able to reactivate my froob account March 2024. I played one month.
Now it is frozen again and I am not able to login anymore.
There is a fix for this issue pinned on the official discord server
Simply log in to the account page first, Funcom - Account Management
and then open the link :- Funcom - Account Management
And your account should now be unfrozen.
The uncancel link unfroze my account for about a minute, and then it froze again and no longer works.
Not working. FC is not responding to tickets.
What else can I do?
4/14/25. I was logged into my online account via the old site. Didn’t work. Still said not paid or blocked. I pasted this link that is mentioned here by Mykepur in the browser, hit enter, then launched Anarchy Online (Through Steam. if that matters I don’t know.) entered my login details and Mootherfooker, I’m into my account and my toons are still there! Do the same thing. Keep your browser open which,I don’t know if that matters either but mine was open. launch the game and good luck to you.
