Can I use one pouch to cast all the spells, or do I have to have the exact type expected? I don’t mind making the most expensive ones and carrying those around with me all the time along with my staff, if I can use that pouch to cast any spell. What I don’t want is having to carry THREE pouches and a staff.

I’m pretty sure it’s each is unique for the tier of spell you are casting.
I never carry the tier 3 pouches around because these spells aren’t that functional in the game. 10 burlaps and 5 cloth pouches is my usual carry.

What spell you wish to trigger?
I didn’t have a specific spell in mind, I haven’t found a lot of them all that useful. Frankly, I just leveled Sorcery in order to build Transportory stones, which I just started doing.
Are there any Sorcery spells that you think are useful enough to carry reagent bags and a staff around on general hunts?

I carry 1 of each and keep a stockpile at base to refill if I use one. I don’t generally use spells frequently enough to need more one at a time.
I get that reagents are what they were going for, and the pouches are already a major simplification of the “every spell requires a unique assortment of items” thing they originally had in the beta, however, carrying pouches is still really annoying.
I wish spells consumed varying amounts of durability from your staff and the pouches were “repair kits” to recharge the staff.
Obviously, were they to use such a system, the free staff from Kurak’s cave would need to come already low on durability and staffs would need to either be much more expensive to craft, or be crafted with 0 durability.

Yeah, I also find it annoying to have to carry them around. What spells do you use regularly enough to warrant carrying one of each pouch type?

So far i have used all the spells just to see what they are doing and then i use sorcery spells only when i have specific reasons, so i carry only the bags i need for this specific reason, no other.
For my playstyle and pve, sorcery spells are no useful at all, expect when i want to create different atmosphere and make surreal photos.
Sorcery spells can be useful in pvp, but for pve just a cool alternative. Yet you can prove me wrong, you can role play as a sorcerer and your partner as a regular fighter. Use your spells to keep you and your partner out of danger, control argo and make a really cool surreal atmosphere. Yet you have to play full encumbrance build and your partner fighter build or war party commander. These pouches are really heavy and it’s best for you to play the encumbrance build. Other than that i wouldn’t do this role without the Abyssal armor, which is maybe the best armor this game has. Go full sorcery, explore the spells and give me back your feedback brother. I would really appreciate any feedback, it’s precious in this game.
Too many people are “locked” for years in safe builds, even in same characters, so i would beg you to try, fresh eyes full of hope in this game is all we need in here to get us out of our gossamer.

My sorceress carries 15 cloth pouches, 10 burlap and 3-5 leather at all times. I just work it into the weight she carries.She’s full authority build with the single enhanced slave following her. I play PVE and have a lot of fun as a ranged sorceress and archer like my characters idol Thulsa Doom. I think the poisonous serpent arrows need a buff again.
