Welcome to the forums, Dara. What you need to do is report this behavior using the instructions provided in the official rules. Bear in mind that by creating a thread about it, you gave their clan a chance to find out that you’re about to report them and “clean up their act”.
Since your forum account is new, you might not be able to send a direct message right away. These are the instructions on how to deal with that:
