use zendesk if you believe there is an offence. otherwise, stop looking for attention on this spaces.

No, they are not tolerated. You may submit a Zendesk report through the in-game menu > Request Help.
Make sure that you have taken a video of Global chat or voice while this is occurring and show the player list with Funcom IDs of the culprits. Include the date, time and server.
Do not engage with the culprits.
