PVP official should be constant fighting and war. If that is too much, then go to private or PVE-C.
the whole building damage purpose is for it to be done. The fact fat cat alphas have made these server PVE and friends needed to be addressed to bring in gamers. now one can get on and fight for a day or 2 then take some time off and enjoy RL.
