Random spawn at Well of Skellos on game crash

Bug Description:

After a game crash, I randomly spawned at the Vulcano Dungeon and lost all my items on relogging (probably fell through the world bug). I have never been in the dungeon before on this server.

Bug Reproduction:

Seems random. The game just crashed after “alt tabbing” and I was dead at Well of Skelos on relog.

Character: Valone
The issue occurred on 08/22/2023, and the character was killed around 23:25 (local time GMT -3). The spawn at Skelos occured after reloging, about 20 minutes later.
