Randomly getting "Cannot climb this" on cages in Volary of Jhil

Bug Description:

I’ve climbed the cages in Volary of Jhil many times before, but now I can no longer do it since I randomly get “Cannot Climb This” and fall to my death because I suddenly cannot grab on to the hanging cages.
It is not like it is a certain cage that has a problem, cages that I could climb in an attempt few minutes before can suddenly become unclimbable, it is completely random… like a slot machine of bad luck.

Expected Behavior:

Grabbing on to a hanging cage, I should be able to climb it, but some cages randomly decide to be not climbable.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Get to where the hanging cages are in Volary of Jhil
  2. Climbing the first few cages and jumping across on top seems to be fine
  3. Get to the higher cages now seems problematic since they randomly throw the message “Cannot climb this”
  4. I’ve climbed these cages lots of times before, but after the update 2.5(my guess) I can no longer do it because a cage can be climbable or not climbable, it is totally random what cage becomes not climbable.
