RCON commands broken

It seems that the RCON command systems are broken. Either I get a:

Error sending command
The game server did not respond to the command.

with the “help” command. Or I get this:

Couldn’t find the command: WhitelistPlayer. Try “help”

with the “Whitelist” command.

Server host is GPortal, but that shouldn’t make a difference in this case.
In addition to making sure that the standard control panel settings are correct regarding RCON, I also added the suggested game.ini section as well. Still no change.

I tried our Web RCON via the GTX panel:

I suppose that means something with the configuration?

On another note, I see now that the whitelist entries have a new format??
Steam64ID:FuncomID

I added just the Steam64ID as usual though.
