Not sure if this is a bug or intentional, The Reach of the Red Mother bow dropped from a T4 NPC at Mitre’s Serenity.

While this one appreciates the enhanced loot tables, a few went just a touch off the deep end.
Yes they did. The food enemies drop filled my preservation boxes quickly, and the wheels of friendship have been running on Cimmerian Fests.
Honestly tho, enemies having food makes as much sense as coins perhaps even more in the Exiled Lands or on Siptah. It’s just what they were carrying.
Feasts and such should be dropped by Cooks or found in chests near stoves.
Warriors and such are likely to have the various salted or dried foods, the jerkies and such. Perhaps breads.
Well, i don’t believe it was unintentional and matters not. It’s rng, someone can see this bow multiple times and someone else almost never, even from the red Mother. Other than that the loot tables has become easier, now it’s rare to kill a boss and walk away empty handed. That was a way to balance the “non repair” on legendary items.
About the feast looting i am ok with it, actually i am looting them almost always and started to use thrall pot again. I role play with these feasts, my house now has a 5 star buffet and my thralls can enjoy gourmet cuisine without effort 
.
I am anxiously waiting for the “bar” update, i will fix a big one and my thralls will be in there, close enough to each other and spend time together, without these “guarding” distances.
