The one I’m talking about spawns original legendary weapons. I got an Akbitan Blade and something else out of them when I tested in SP

No, Unnamed City gear drops from bosses directly, not from chests. The “legendary chest(s)” in the Unnamed City are exactly the same as any other legendary chest in the game.

Exact, got a legendary mace behind the big snake of the triumvirat, same. Still the same chests.
