Thanks this worked for me as in:

Log in to the correct account at:  
[https://account.anarchy-online.com/](https://account.anarchy-online.com/)

The paste this into addresse and hit enter:  
[https://account.anarchy-online.com/account/uncancel\_sub](https://account.anarchy-online.com/account/uncancel_sub)

There will be no confirmation, but you should now be able to log into game.
