People can see very quickly and easy where you running around like for example “player X is walking over the epic Highlands” ect.
Especially for the PVP mode on official servers this is absolute nonsense and annoying because many people abuse this and follow you after you got raided by them into the biome you try to settle again and stomp you before you can get a new foothold.
I’ve seen this now 2 times even one time with a bigger clan of 7 people after got slayed while building a new base 2 times they left the server, I failed to frantically tell them to set to offline mode in PSN so the enemy cant see the biome they in…
Thats why I personally have for example setup Conan Exiles as a “secret game” in PSN and I put myself into “view as offline” mode when I play on Conan Exiles official PVP servers.
I think this is an issue that should be adressed because Conan Exiles shouldnt be a reason to set yourself into full cloak mode on PSN like a ghost just because toxic clans come for sure and slaughter you when you dont…
You can turn all that off in you PSN settings. You can make it so only friends see this info. The only thing a person can get from you player list is you psn, and check its page. But if you have all the stuff set to as private as possible, it will only be your id.
Yes thats right but explain this to all your clan members where the half of them does not even know their PSN password anymore wich you need to alter privacy settings(“Cant find it at the moment , I do it later bro, i swear”).
As you see things are often not so easy as it seams at a quick look.
Its not like you can’t go thru the forgot password section.

then yesterday i thought letz try what happens when i set myself online with these settings…
Today at start of pvp time i was attacked by 2 clans at once
so much about CE security ect pp, gg what a F game : )
This marks now a bigger break from the game for me again, this game is S**+ and a real life stealer , the game (mechanic) designers are rather mediocre and bugs still there since years, thralls still bug weapons ect, every 2nd player i meet is triggering his lagswitch without getting disconnected, everything goes desync and you see the person whol killed you after 25 seconds , and no i am not on wifi and i have a ping of 45 .
I thought to buy the pict set when i got raided next time but what i’ve expirienced today and seen how bad this all is I changed my decision.
