# Repair kits can't fix items with 0.5 durability

**Type of issue:** Bug  
**Server type** : PvP  
**Region:** U.S. West Coast  
**Map:** Isle of Siptah

When an item is reduced to 0.5 durability, it cannot be repaired with a repair kit, even though it is still functional. In this case, the item was a Star Metal Pickaxe with an Advanced Tool Upgrade applied, and the kits tested were the Advanced and Master Weapon Repair Kits.

Steps to reproduce

1. Reduce a tool (e.g. a Star Metal Pickaxe with Advanced Tool Upgrade Kit) to 0.5 durability.
2. Attempt to repair it with a repair kit (e.g. a Master Weapon Repair Kit).
3. The game treats it as completely broken for repair kit purposes.
