I can’t put any thrall or animal on the ground in my base, I tested it in offline mode and I can’t there either, was it some change in the location or is it just bug thank you. my base is in H11 next to the 3 skull white dragon.

Welcome to the forum. If your problem seems to be both single player and on line you have to uninstal and reinstall.
If the problem won’t be fixed then its better to use
