I didn’t check the stability of the ceiling in the 3rd pic but the roof in the first pic has been fixed
well check stability in each piece that tends to fall apart and the surrounding pieces as well… every piece “shaves off” a chunk of stability from the one it stands (is attached to)… if the sum is 0 or - they will fall upon server restart… correct em one by one and they will stop falling
