Is there a representative you can speak to or chat with when making a report? Zendesk isn’t effective. All the replys seen like a computer replying. Can anyone official talk about how the process actually works? I have video of the harrasment taking place as well as screenshots of the chat conversation taking place for over an hour. Also a video of the conversation scrolled through from start to finish.
Use the Xbox report feature and report them to Microsoft. It’s faster
