Request for an Optional Unlimited Co-op Distance Setting

Hello dear developers,

first of all, thank you for all the hard work and passion you continue to put into Conan Exiles. The game has an incredible world, and playing in co-op with friends is one of the most enjoyable experiences it offers.

However, I would like to suggest a feature that could greatly improve the co-op experience for many players.

Could you please consider adding an optional setting or button that removes the host tether/radius limitation in co-op mode?

At the moment, players joining a co-op session are forced to stay within a certain distance of the host. This can become very restrictive, especially in such a large and exploration-focused world. It limits freedom, exploration, base building, and independent adventures with friends.

An optional feature that allows the host to disable or extend the tether distance would make co-op much more enjoyable and immersive. This way, friends could travel anywhere on the map independently without constantly being pulled back toward the host.

I understand there may be technical limitations behind the current system, but even an experimental or optional setting for stronger systems would be greatly appreciated by many players in the community.

Thank you for taking the time to read this suggestion and for continuing to support the game.

Kind regards,
Grimlock

Wouldn’t that just turn the game instance into a server rather than a co-op?
