Return chest to inventory while filled with scrolls and they vanish forever

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. Have a chest with fragment of power scrolls, and other items like weapons
2. Return chest to inventory
3. all scrolls in the chest vanish, but the other items do not
4. May i please get the scrolls back? (i lost a lot, and the time grinding the Unnamed city bosses takes a while)

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Funcom does not have the resources to moderate the multitude of official servers, and it is quite doubtful they would be able to replace your lost items. I feel your pain.

The problem has been reported before with a bit of discussion about it and Funcom is aware of it. See this post …

We’re sorry for your loss but, as @Jim1 stated, we’re unable to restore lost items or thralls.

The reported issue is already being investigated by our developers, hopefully it will be crushed in the near future!
