Return to inventory/dismantle 'are you sure'

Official servers, no mods:

Can I suggest an “are you sure” prompt when returning items to inventory or destroying them.
(We have inadvertently returned into inventory whole blacksmith benches for example … yikes! … and a pain to put it all back.
And once very nearly a vault … goodness knows what would happen to everything in there in that case?)

I’m all in for this idea. Perhaps asking if you are sure only if you have materials stored in there, so the game can distinguish whether you are moving out or did by accident
