They (Sony) are doing sth with it… Suddenly its “for free”, but I cannot move it into the shopping cart.

It more or less says: “you are not allowed/privileged to buy/get this content”.

The Riders of Hyboria does not seem to be listed in the PS store here in Canada. Just wanted to make you aware of this fact.

I can confirm this. Not showing up at all on the Canadian store.
Did a search for conan exiles both on my ps4 and via the app and this is what I found.
As you can see, season 2 has been purchased but the DLC isn’t showing at all.
Not personally worried as I know it will get sorted, just giving you guys a heads up

Thank you for replying. I did click on your suggested link and it lead me to a page that still did not list the dlc for the Canadian site.

Sorry for your frustration but also glad to know it was not just me who had problems. Let us hope it is fixed soon.
You can fix it for your own… Just do what I wrote.
Search for Conan exiles, click on ANY thing you find, scroll to the bottom and see ALL other DLCs…
I have this on PC and steam is trying to make me pay for it as well. I have closed and restarted steam and then tried restarting my computer but still wanting to charge me

Jot. I Did that before even posting. It didn’t show. I searched through the whole site. Trust me. It was an issue with sony. They have finally got off their butts and fixed it now however so it is there now.

I also wasnt able to search or find it at the general page… But I clicked on season2 pass, then scrolled down and saw it.
But at least its fixed now 
Hi Tascha. No Croms_Faithful is an Australian, and we fall under the EU reigon. More specifically, we utilise the UK version of games here. This would likely explain and lend support to @Mavelle shared experiences. Thankyou for looking into this for us.
I’ve had the DLC since release on steam. It only took a restart that I did on my own end because I figured that would be required. Frustration can cause people to act irrationally, myself included.
I had the same problem. I am in the USA also. Go to the PlayStation Store and go to the search tab. Type in Riders of Hyboria and it will appear at the top for free.
I just wanted to quickly say that the issue has now been resolved on my ps4 at least. I have downloaded the Rider of Hyboria DLC. Thankyou @Tascha for looking into this for us. And by goodness you got it sorted quickly too! Well done.
