Roasted Haunch: it spoils too quickly, so extend time

The roaster haunch has the same spoil rate as steak. It should be different since it is greater.

Currently it spoils after one hour. The toon is not that hungry, so it is like every other haunch spoils.

I suggest changing the satiated rate on the haunch to 1:45:00 (it is currently at the 1:00:00 rate).
