Bug Description:
I have built a base in the western savannah mountain pass leading from Oasis/Savannah to Mounds (A10 region). It is built close to the cursewall, on the region where the grass turns from brown to green.
I’ve built a large barn and a silo/tower, but the rocks and iron deposits next to the cliff face (within 3-6 foundation blocks’ distance) will not cull out, including a very large one right at the entrance to the barn (like, about 1 foundation block would fit between the rock and the structure).
Expected Behavior:
I’ve not seen rocks refusing to cull out this close to actual foundations before - these are Tier 2 and Tier 3 foundations, that have been there for days now. Typically, if you destroy a rock and build something nearby, it won’t respawn anything within 10-20 meter distance (it used to be much further, but at some point the culling range was shortened.)
Has there been any change that affects this?
Is it a server setting?

Steps to Reproduce:
Find a huge rock or set of nodes.
Mine them all out.
Build something nearby.
Observe them respawning, very close to existing foundations.
