Roll back June 26 hot fix to allow server refresh

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Start game
  2. Access server menu
  3. Search for server name
  4. Ping is now too high.

Before the patch I could simple go back to the main menu and try again or change the filter. Now, I either have to wait until the search is complete to try and refresh or restart the game.

Fix: Roll back the hotfix from June 26. Allow the server list refresh with switching filters.

Same here. Work around that works for me is direct connect with ip and port.
