You can, pc is " v " key, don’t know on consoles but I’m sure it has that too.

Whatever the key, it’s called the “vanity camera” in the Controls menu.

Ya, when in 3rd person, Just use right stick.
Also, I use Xbox
That and the bow automatically equips the highest quality arrow automatically and the console deserve the feature to see the bow as well.
