Rubberband/ All Player Stucters Invisible leads to game crash now stuck with infinite load screen

Dear GM,
Please read steps on how to reproduce before continuing here. I have repeated step 4 several times
over 4 hours and still unable to completely load in. If at any point it passes the load screen; it shows my falling to his death in the middle of an open field without any visible equipment. The location of this open field is just inside the front of my base. Therefore, there should be visible structures, but there are none.
I did attempt to login from a different Xbox console, this had the same results i.e. infinite load screen. I also switch to my daughter’s account, who has a character at this location and the result is the same, infinite load screen.

Offline/ Online Solo login check - Good
Official Server PVE 2729 - America login check - Good

 I humbly request that all lost equipment/ items from the evening of March 24 thru the morning of March 25 [US - Arizona]  be replaced/ restored. 


Update: checked after daily server restart - issue continues. Completely uninstalled/ reinstalled game issue continues. I would attach a photo of what the screen looks like when I login, but the will not allow me to as a new user.
 Update: After March 26 server restart I was able to completely load into the game on server 2726. All structures appear to be visible and sound. However, the 'bug' caused my character to never truly logout and sent it into a death by hunger loop. Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Movement - Running Into base location. Rubberband affect occurs and all build structures are invisible.
  2. Thralls/ Pets are visible and all light producing devices are visible.
  3. Screen locks and than after few minutes complete crash.
  4. Restart Xbox One X - Restart Conan Exiles —> Stuck in a infinite load screen with the appearance of a full load bar. Let enough time elapse that Xbox One X goes into idle from inactivity.

There was a server side issue which affected several servers and has recently been addressed, so they should all have been restored to a normal state by now.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any refunds of materials or equipment lost, as there is no MMO-like admin support for the game in official servers, apologies for the situation.
